What is Cuevent?
Cuevent is an AI SaaS for event planners. Type one sentence and AI drafts a 15-section plan, public apply page, and marketing copy in 30 seconds. Used by solo organizers, communities, and conference teams.
Does Cuevent process ticket payments?
No. Cuevent doesn't process ticket payments directly. Free events use our built-in apply page. For paid events, hosts register an external payment link (Polar, Stripe, etc.) for attendees. That's why our ticket fee is 0%. Subscription billing for the Cuevent platform is via Polar.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free lets you publish 1 event per month, forever. All 15 sections work; the public apply page shows a small 'Made with Cuevent' watermark. No credit card to start.
What does pricing look like?
Free (1 event/month, $0) · Solo (3 events/month, ~$14/mo) · Duo (10 events/month, ~$36/mo, up to 3 team members) · Master (30 events/month, ~$74/mo, up to 10 team members) · Enterprise (unlimited, contact us). Plans differ by monthly event cap, team size, and email automation depth.
What emails are sent automatically to applicants?
5 automated emails: (1) Application received (all plans), (2) Approval notice (all plans), (3) D-7 reminder (Duo+), (4) D-1 reminder (Solo+), (5) Bulk announcement email (Solo 5x / Duo 15x / Master 50x / Enterprise unlimited per event). 1:1 transactional emails (receipt, approval) work on Free too. Paid plans add automated reminders and bulk announcements.
What's the refund policy?
Within 14 days of subscription, with no usage (no AI generations, no event published), full refund. After usage begins, the current billing period is non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date. Refunds are processed by Polar.
Who owns attendee data?
You do. Under data protection law you are the 'controller' and Cuevent is the 'processor'. We hold and forward data on your behalf only — and only within your instructions.
Where is data stored?
Supabase (database) and Vercel (application hosting), encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+. Account data is deleted 30 days after account closure. Soft-deleted events are restorable for 30 days then permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 5 years per Korean Commercial Code.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes — you must be 14+ to sign up. If we discover an account belongs to a child under 14, we delete it.
How do workspaces and team members work?
A workspace is a team or client unit. Free/Solo include 1 workspace; Duo+ includes unlimited workspaces. Team member seats per workspace: Duo 3 / Master 10. Extra seats can be purchased for ~$8/seat/month.
What's the difference between public and private events?
Public events appear on /discover and are indexed by search engines. Private events are accessible only via direct link. Free plan limits public events to 1/month; paid plans have unlimited public events.
Can I run apply pages on my own domain?
Enterprise plan supports white-label (custom domain mapping like conf.yourcompany.com). Contact us to set up.
What AI models does Cuevent use?
Primarily Google Gemini for plan and copy generation. NVIDIA models are used as a fallback for higher reliability. We do not train AI models on your data.
